You can leave your luggage in our luggage room until you are ready to leave the hotel.

Contact the reception if you would like to borrow a steamer or an iron and iron board.

INTERNET
WiFi is free of charge in the whole hotel and is called ”Hotell WiFi”. You don’t need a password to access the internet.

SAFETY
Take a look at the emegency exit plans on the inside of the entrance door to your room and make sure that you know where the nearest emergency exit are. In case of fire, it is important that you follow the instructions from the speakers. 

By the main entrance in the lobby, you can find a defibrillator. Contact the reception if you have gotten a small injury.

In an emergency, call 112!

The entire hotel is cashless, this means that all departments only accept card.

As our guest, you have access to an indoor gym, outdoor gym, obstacle course, and if that wasn’t enough, if you stay at Frösön, you have access to running tracks in the most amazing nature. You find all this just right around the corner!

To make it even easier for you to enjoy nature, we have lots of different equipment for you to borrow or rent!

Rise & Shine, it’s yoga time!

Every Saturday and Sunday we offer Morning Yoga to all our guests, free of charge! Book your yoga session by e-mail or at the hotel reception.

THE RITUAL
Get even more from your visit to the spa with our ritual! You will get products from C/O Gerd and some instructions to make the ritual by yourself and at your own pace. The ritual takes around 2 hours if you go through it at a relaxed pace.
